How to clean:

Always leave your salt block to cool.
Use a stainless steel knife or scraper to scrape off any residue.
Wipe off with a cold damp cloth and then dry it with a dry cloth.
Store in a bag to keep it away from moisture.

never use it in the dishwasher.
never run it under running water.
